깨달음명상 1..무엇이 나인가? (내안의 나 찾기)3.0.1 - Google Play

This is the first of the Enlightenment Meditation series.

This meditation...
The first half, which makes it easy for even those who have never meditated, to reach a deep state of consciousness.
It consists of a second half that lets you know who I am.

Who am I?
what is me
why was i born

When I get to know myself, my life becomes more and more enjoyable.

In the past, it was very difficult to get to know me even after decades of practicing in the mountains.
However, just as civilization has developed, it is now an era where anyone can realize who I am if they put their mind to it.

If you try to find a treasure only with the information that a treasure is buried in a certain mountain, it is difficult to find it even if you wander the mountain for the rest of your life.
Guided by someone who knows the location of the treasure, you can find it right away in a very short time.
Of course, if you are not interested in the treasure yet, it will be of no use to you.

If you really want to know me, please download it and listen to the end.
If I want to know myself, I will surely know.

Of course, depending on how desperately you are, you will know more and more deeply.

If you fall asleep halfway through, we recommend using earphones or listening in a parked car or park bench.
The environment, such as the train station, where it is difficult to fall asleep easily, is also surprisingly good.
Of course, if you feel sleepy, you can go to sleep.
It is good to listen to when traveling long distances such as trains or planes.
When I used it when I was traveling abroad on a long plane, I fell asleep well hahaha ^^
